On April 10-12, the final of the first National Ukrainian Confectionery Championship will be held at the IFFIP exhibition.

The mission of the Championship is to popularize the confectioner’s profession in Ukraine, which has long been prestigious in many European countries.

All confectionery products created by the participants in the final will be thematically devoted to the historical period of Kyiv Rus and France of the XI-XII centuries.

World-famous chefs and pastry chefs from Ukraine and France, Angelo Muza, Damien Pishon, Stefan Vaytinadan, Shota Goderdzishvili, Valentin Stefano, Alla Belousova, Elizaveta Glinskaya, will act as jury members at the championship.

The winner of the National Championship of Ukraine will receive the right to represent our country at the international competition MONDIAL DES ARTS SUCRES, which will be held in February 2020.
